How do I refund an Order to Voucher?
By clicking Refund on an order page, then Add Products or Vouchers on the Payment page. You'll then be able to select the Refund Voucher to add to your basket.
You'll just need to create your Refund Voucher first as a Product.

How do I redeem Vouchers on the Box Office page?
Follow the steps below:
1. Create a new Voucher Payment Method
a) On the Settings page, click New Payment Method
b) Select Voucher Payment Type and enter the name of the Payment Method
c) Select the Channels you want it to be available for and click Submit
2. Use Gift Voucher for an order on the Box Office page:
a) Go to Box Office page and go through the steps to add items to the basket
b) Once you're on the final Payment page, select the correct Voucher Payment Method from the dropdown
c) Enter the Voucher Code underneath and click Pay & Update Basket Total

Can I extend the expiry on my Refund Voucher?
It is not possible to change expiry on an existing Voucher. However you can put through another Refund Voucher as a related order, i.e. you can click 'Refund' on the previous Refund Voucher order, then repeat the process again on the payment page. This will produce a new Voucher with a new expiry date for the Customer.
