How do I refund a Transaction to Voucher?
Open the Transaction and click Manage Transaction, then Refund. Select the Channel, tick the items to refund on the Select Items screen and click Continue. In the Box Office Checkout, click Add Products or Vouchers beneath the basket and select the Refund Voucher to add it to the basket.
You'll just need to create your Refund Voucher first as a Product.

Go to the Box Office page and go through the steps to add items to the basket
Once you're on the final Payment page, select the correct Voucher Payment Method from the dropdown
Enter the Voucher Code underneath and click Pay & Update Basket Total

It is not possible to change the expiry on an existing Voucher. However, you can put through another Refund to Voucher as another Transaction on the same Order: click Refund on the previous Refund Voucher Transaction, then repeat the process in the Checkout. This will produce a new Voucher with a new expiry date for the Customer.
