1. Create a New Channel
a) Select Channels on the left hand side
b) Click New Channel
2. Add Details
a) Name
b) Description
c) Booking Time Limit - time limit in seconds for customers to complete a booking
d) Tags - for internal use, these will appear in your Channel list
e) Status - Active or Disabled (i.e. is this channel able to access and sell tickets?)
f) Click Submit
3. Edit or Delete Channel
a) If you need to make changes, click Manage on the Channel
b) Click Edit to make the changes you need
c) Click Delete to remove it from your Channels list
