How do I process payments/fees with Agents?

If the Agent is taking payment directly from the customer, using the Line-Up API, then follow these steps:

  1. Create a Custom Payment Method, e.g. Agent Invoice for the Agent to use. This will pull through on Line-Up orders and reports.

  2. To receive the payment from the Agent, you'll need to invoice them, using a Report for to work out fees/commissions.

  3. When they pay you, they'll need to deduct the commission, i.e. the Adjuster fee you will have created and enabled their Channel for.
